The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Technical Personnel for construction work: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering / Experienced Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 10 years in construction, with 3 years road experience. - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years experience. - C. Others (Specify): Supervisor, Science Graduate with 3 years experience, and 4 years experience for field testing laboratory. - For routine maintenance: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years road experience. - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years road experience. The bidder must have completed works of a similar nature with a value that can be verified through certificates from the Engineer-in-charge. A minimum of 3 years of road experience is required for technical personnel, including a degree or diploma holder in civil engineering. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor or sub-contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work for which the bid is invited. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this sub-clause. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in any one year, as certified by a Chartered Accountant, with at least 50% of which is from Civil Engineering construction works. The minimum financial turnover required is: - 60% of amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is Rs.200 lakhs and less. - 75% of amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is more than Rs. 200 lakhs. - In Naxal / Left Wing Extremist Affected Districts, the figures of 60% and 75% would be replaced by 50%. The bidder must also provide information on their total annual volume of civil engineering construction work for the last five years, including the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024, with values in Rs. in lakhs and corresponding payment certificates. A 25 percent limit for subcontracting components of the works for construction or up-gradation is mentioned. The bidder needs to upload scanned copies of certificates showing details of similar nature of works executed. The Annual Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant for the last five financial years with a breakup of civil works and total works in each financial year is also required. The total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited should be provided. The values for the last five years are to be mentioned in the format provided, with the years specified as 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024, and the amount is to be mentioned in Rs. In lakhs. The amount and deductible for insurance are mentioned as 1% of the estimated cost of construction put to tender.
