The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of work, specifically in Civil work, executed during the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: 1. Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully completed Erection work of Sub-station related Structures, Control Room Buildings in the last 7 years under the authority of State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking, or Statutory Bodies constituted under the statute of Central/State Government. The completion certificate should indicate the estimated amount, ordered amount, value of work done, and date of completion of the work. The bidder should submit a satisfactory Completion Certificate from the concerned Executive Engineer/District Engineer/Divisional Engineer or equivalent rank and above. The bidder should also upload the LOA/Execution Order/PO in full along with the BOQ showing the full description of items in respect of the work for which the completion certificate is being uploaded. Delay in completion of work, if any, must be mentioned in the completion certificate along with the reason. Performance as a prime contractor applying as a prospective bidder for the execution of similar nature of work for the last seven years will only be considered.
