They should also have completed at least one single similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost in any one year of the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works with a value of at least 80% of the contract value as a prime contractor in the last five years. They should have access to financial resources, including lines of credit, to meet the qualification requirements, with a minimum of 10% of the contract value, and should have a minimum cash investment of 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work.
