Concept Of Approach And Methodology For Detailed Engineering Design And Construction With Emphasis On The Annual Operation And Maintenance Costs, Clarity, Feasibility, Innovativeness And Comprehensiveness Of The Plan Approach, And The Quality Of The Interpretation Of Project Problems, Risks, And Suggested Solutions; And C. Quality Of Personnel To Be Assigned To The Project Which Covers The Suitability Of Key Staff To Perform The Duties Of The Particular Assignments And General Qualifications And Competence Including Education And Training Of The Key Staff.
