The bidder should provide information on the physical completion of works, including the percentage of physical completion and the cost of work completed, and details of quality control arrangements made by the contractor on these works. The bidder should also provide information on any fines, claims, or stop notices filed by the employer. The bidder is required to furnish information on their financial soundness, bank guarantees, and overdraft limits for the last five years, and provide details on their turnover on civil engineering works for the last five years, along with a multiplying factor to bring the amounts to the current price level. The multiplying factors for each year are: - Vth (2019-20): 1.40 - IVth (2020-21): 1.30 - IIIrd (2021-22): 1.20 - IInd (2022-23): 1.10 - Ist (2023-24): 1.00 Additionally, the bidder is required to provide their gross income for the last five years. The undertaking by the contractor regarding performance states that the contractor has not been penalized for any work carried out by them, has not abandoned any work, and has not delayed completion of any work for reasons attributed to them, during the last 5 years.
