The calculation of bidding capacity is worked out by the formula: Bidding Capacity = 2A - (B+C), where A is the maximum turnover in any one year during the last three years, B is the value of existing commitments/liabilities of all ongoing works awarded to the bidder remaining to be completed. The bidder needs to submit a self-certified up to date progress report of all works awarded to him for the past 5 years in WRD, Assam, till one month prior to the date of bid publication. The bidder should submit an Abstract of Annual Turnover for Civil works only for the preceding Five Financial Years, and a table containing Annual turnover of the Bidder during the last 3 years. The bidder should also submit a copy of a single work order having a minimum value as per specified clauses.
