The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender includes Class 1 C (only BE/Engineering graduates), Class II (Diploma Engineers), and Class III contractors.

For packages over Rs.5.00 crores, the bidder should have at least 1 single civil work order of value not less than 60% of the package value, or 2 works equaling 70% of the package value. For packages up to Rs.5.00 crores, the bidder should have at least 1 single civil work order of value not less than 50% of the package value. The bidder's audited (if required) / unaudited Annual Turnover for Civil works only should not be less than the package value. Additionally, the bid capacity required can be summarized with the following formulas and values: 1. For packages over Rs.5.00 crores: - Single work order value ≥ 0.6 * Package Value, or - Combined value of two works ≥ 0.7 * Package Value. 2. For packages up to Rs.5.00 crores: - Single work order value ≥ 0.5 * Package Value. 3. Annual Turnover ≥ Package Value.
