Bidders must belong to "B" Class to participate in this tender, specifically those registered as S.C. & S.T. Contractor up to “B” Class.

The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas are as follows: 1. Annual Turnover: The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 48.28 Crore at the 2022-23 price level in any one financial year. The estimated annualized cost of the tender is calculated as (Estimated value put to tender / Period of execution) * 12 * 1.5. 2. Satisfactory completion of similar major items of work: The bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of the original contract value) as a prime contractor during the last five years and including the current financial year. 3. Credit facilities: The firm must possess credit facilities of Rs. 6.00 Crores (not less than twenty percent of the amount put to tender) from any scheduled commercial bank. Additionally, formulas for adjustments are provided: 1. Adjustment of Other Materials Component: Vm = 0.85 x Pm/100 x R x (M1-M0)/M0 2. Adjustment for Cement Component: Vc = 0.85 x Pc/100 x R x (C1-C0)/C0 3. Adjustment for Steel Component: Vs = 0.85 x Ps/100 x R x (S1-S0)/S0 4. Adjustment of Bitumen Component: Vb = 0.85 x Pb/100 x R x (B1-B0)/B0 And for additional performance security: 1. Below 5%, No Additional Performance Security 2. From 5% and above and below 10%, 50% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount) 3. From 10% and above, 150% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount)
