The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years should be provided, with specific values for each year from 2020-2021 to 2024-2025. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a total value that can be added together to meet the collective qualifying criteria for joint ventures. For individual bidders, the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be mentioned. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of an amount indicated in the Appendix in any one year, usually not less than one and a half times the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than an amount indicated in the Appendix, usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract, in the last five years, with not less than 90% of the contract value completed as a prime contractor. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of certain items of work, including earthwork (9117.17 Cum combined quantities) and PCC and RCC (1170.29 Cum), which is usually 50% of the estimated quantity. Proposals for subcontracting components of the works amounting to more than 10 percent of the bid price should be provided. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also have experience as a prime contractor, and work performed in the past as a nominated sub-contractor will also be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The contractor or their identified sub-contractor should also possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount indicated in the Appendix in any one year. Similarly, they should possess a valid license for water supply/sanitary engineering works and have executed similar works for a minimum amount indicated in the Appendix in any one year.
