The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last Seven years. The similar experience can be in one of the following forms: I. One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.6,74,59,630/- (80% of PAC) II. Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.4,21,62,269/- (50% of PAC) III. Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.3,37,29,815/- (40% of PAC) The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. “Similar Experience” shall mean completion of a project for construction of a multi-storied RCC framed structure building. The bidder should submit details of all work (similar experience) completed, as per Form-I. The amounts and percentages mentioned are: - Rs.6,74,59,630/- (80% of PAC) for one similar completed work - Rs.4,21,62,269/- (50% of PAC) for two similar completed works - Rs.3,37,29,815/- (40% of PAC) for three similar completed works.
