The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in projects for Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Centralized Medical Gas Pipeline components. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar experience can be demonstrated by completing one or more of the following: I. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.1,78,88,723/- (80% of PAC) II. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.1,11,80,452/- (50% of PAC) III. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.89,44,361/- (40% of PAC) The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover on works of at least 30% of the PAC, which is Rs. 67,08,271/-, during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years.
