Contract notice: Delivery, Installation and maintenance of a management package for accounting and erp modules The assignment includes the delivery, installation and implementation of a management package, with an accounting module and related modules, including software, software updates, training and maintenance. The package must be linked to the existing CRM package upon delivery. The management package must contain ERP modules that can be purchased optionally. The VMSW and the SVKs have an extensive and flexible range of tasks. The VMSW and the SVKs therefore want a management system that is ready for the future, that is built on a ~human scale~ and with which, with minimal intervention from the external partner, they can adjust, change and improve business processes extremely quickly and flexibly. All the functionalities that are available in the current situation must be regarded as minimum requirements that the new package should also be able to fulfill. An inventory of the functional and technical requirements will follow. The purpose of these specifications is to collect quantitative and qualitative information about potential suppliers who propose a solution to support the financial and administrative processes of the VMSW and the SVKs. The accounting module of the management package should be operational on 1.9.2021.
