The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, Through The Gaa/igf Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (php 721,800.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Alcohol.
