Description C. Technical Specifications 1. The Schedule Of Activity May Change Or Vary Within Fifteen (15) Days From The Activity Specification As Stipulated In The Term Of Reference. The Vfp Will Notify The Winning Service Provider In Writing Within Three (3) Days Prior To The Changes Stated Above. 2. The Transportation Rental Service Must Provide The Following: Vehicle Type Maximum Capacity Number Of Units Passenger Van 10 -12-seater 140 A. The Service Provider Must Be Philgeps Registered Member And Department Of Tourism Accredited; B. All Vans Must Have Ltfrb Franchise To Operate In Their Respective Specific Routes; C. Sub-contracting From Or Leasing Of Vehicles Not Owned By The Transportation Rental Services Provider Is Allowed Provided All The Subleased Or Leased Vehicle Have Valid Ltfrb Franchise Each; D. In Case Of Untoward Incidents Like Vehicular Accidents Resulting In Damage To Property, Physical Injuries And Loss Of Life, The Liability Should Be Borne By The Principal Contractor; E. Van Drivers Must Wear Appropriate Attire Enough For The Veteran Participants As Passengers; F. The Vfp And The Winning Service Provider Will Mutually Agree Upon All Other Arrangements; G. Ensure That All Service Drivers Are Compliant With Pandemic Safety Protocols By Submitting A Negative Rapid Antigen Test Result Within 24 Hours Prior To The Implementation Of The Contract; H. The Transport Service Vehicle Must Have Comprehensive Insurance And Other Pertinent Valid Registrations And Licenses; And I. The Abc Is Inclusive Of Driver’s Fees, Vehicle, Toll Fees, Fuel, Passenger Insurance, And Government-imposed Taxes. See Attached Terms Of Reference
