The Requesting Activity Has Submitted A Sole Source Justification Request Stating That Additional Time Is Required To Implement And Validate The New Equipment Analyzers (36c25723q1104 36c25724a0003). The Bridge Contract Is Needed With The Incumbent Contractor Beckman Coulter, Inc. For Bpa 36c25719a0012, Which Expired On 14 January 2024, And For Order 36c25724n0177, Which Expires On 14 January 2025. This Notice Is Not To Be Considered A Request For Quotations Or Proposals. No Contract Will Be Awarded Based On Offers Received In Response To This Notice; However, All Responsible Sources May Submit A Capability Statement, Proposal, Or Quotation, Which The Agency Shall Consider. Proposals Or Offers Received Will Be Used To Determine If A Comparable Source Is Available And More Advantageous To The Government.
