This Proposed Contract Action Is For Power Management System Upgrade To Replace The Facilities Critical Power Transfer System At The Bpvahcs: classification Code: J059 naics: 221118 period Of Performance: December 31, 2023 the Government Intends To Award A Fixed-price Contract To Johnson Controls, Inc., Building Efficiency Division, 507 E Michigan St Ste M93, Milwaukee, Wi. 53202. This Acquisition Is Conducted Under The Authority Of 41 U.s.c 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures As Implemented In Far 13.106-3 (b)(3)(i), Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Of Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. the Contracting Officer Has Determined That The Circumstances Of The Contract Action Deem That Only One Source Is Capable Of Providing The Supplies Or Services Required At The Level Of Quality Required Because The Supplies Or Services Are Unique Or Highly Specialized.
