This Project Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following General Outline Of The Project And Shall Be Worked With All Drawings Included With The Contract Documents: the Health Facility Steam System Operates Year-round For Hvac (i.e., Building Heating And Ac Reheat), Medical Equipment Sterilization And Domestic Water Heating. It Is Crucial That All Tie-in Work Associated With The Steam And Condensate Systems Will Be Accomplished And Completed During The Warmer Months (approximately April 1 Through November 1) To Minimize Critical System Shutdowns. All Other Work Can Be Performed At Any Time As Long As A Phasing Plan Is Submitted To The Va. The Contractor Shall Plan And Coordinate All Required Steam Shut-downs With The Va Cor.
