Services To Start On Or About November 1, 2020. Firms That Regularly Provide Hvac Maintenance Services And Are Able To Respond Within Two (2) Hours Are Highly Encouraged To Respond. See The Attached Statement Of Work For A More Detailed Account Of The Required Services. vendor Shall Employ Technicians Who Are Experienced In And Capable Of Troubleshooting, Maintenance, And Repair Of: Johnson Controls Dsc-8500 Digital Systems Controllers And Related Hardware; Johnson Controls Cal1 Programming Language; Johnson Controls Metasys Equipment And Hardware. vendor Will Provide A Completed Service Report Indicating Complete Details Specifically Identifying Each Control And/ Or Sensor Calibrated/inspected And/ Or Emergency Repair Work Performed provide Emergency Backup Service 2-hour Initial Call Back Response Time. No More Than 24-hour Response Time To Make Repair For A/c Chillers, Hvac Pneumatic Controls And Hvac Digital Controls each Pneumatic And Digital Control Or Device (room Thermostats) Shall Be Inspected, Cleaned And Calibrated Annually.
