The Pathology Department Must Include Nationally Recognized Experts In A Variety Of Areas Of Anatomic Pathology, Such As Urologic, Gastrointestinal, Pulmonary, And Soft Tissue/ Orthopedic Pathology. In Addition, The Medical Center Must Include A Division Or Subdivision Of Ophthalmologic Pathology, With Specialized Ophthalmologic Pathologists. the Contractor Must Be Able To Offer Specialized Testing For Infectious Disease, Including In Situ Hybridization For Histoplasma In Tissue, And Urinary Histoplasma Antigen. contractor Shall Provide Laboratory Testing Services To Include: List Of Tests With Reference Ranges, Specimen Requirements, Processing And Analysis Of The Specimen; And Reporting Of Specimen Results.
