Contractor Shall Take All Precautions Necessary To Protect Persons And Property From Injury Or Damage During The Performance Of This Contract. Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Any Injury To Himself/herself, His/her Employees, Or Others, As Well As For Any Damage To Personal Or Public Property That Occurs During The Performance Of This Contract That Is Caused By Him/her Or His/her Employees Fault Or Negligence.
