The Space Shall Be Located In A Quality Building, Constructed Of Sound And Substantial Construction, And Shall Be In Compliance With Federal Laws & Regulations Governing Federal Leases, Building & Fire Codes, And The American With Disabilities Act (ada). In Addition, The Space Offered Must Be Either New, A Modernized Building, Or One That Has Undergone Restoration Or Rehabilitation For The Intended Use. All Design And Construction Shall Meet The Most Current Va Standards. Lease Should Be Full Service. On-site Parking For 100 Vehicles Is Required.
