Bids Received After The Above-specified Time For Opening Shall Not Be Considered And Shall Be Returned Unopened To The Sender. The Project Includes The Following Main Elements: 1. Removal And Replacement Of The Existing, Approximately 3,500 Square Foot Built-up Roofing System On The Home Field House Along With Other Miscellaneous Repairs. 2. Miscellaneous Repair Work At The Visitor’s Field House Building And Roof. 3. Removal And Replacement Of The Existing, Approximately 300 Square Foot Built-up Roofing System On The Pressbox Along With Other Miscellaneous Repairs. 4. Removal And Replacement Of The Existing, Approximately 2,000 Square Foot Extruded Aluminum Canopy System On The Gymnasium. 5. Removal And Replacement Of The Existing, Approximate 1,440 Square Foot Aluminum Framed Greenhouse With Related Components. 6. Miscellaneous Repair Work At The Football Stadium Or Elsewhere On Campus As Indicated On The Plans. The Project Will Be Strictly Phased And Scheduled To Allow For Full Occupancy And Use Of The Facilities By The Students, Faculty, Staff And Public During The School Calendar Year.
