If The Beneficiary Removes The Securing Devices During The Trip, The Driver Will Notify The Cor Or Designee Of This Upon Arrival At Destination. The Contractor Is Not Required To Transport Any Va Beneficiary Who Refuses To Be Properly Secured While Being Transported.
