The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 5 years with Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU only. The bidder should have completed works in specific types such as bituminous road work, building construction, sewer and water supply, and other similar works. The bidder should have experience in only construction of road, building construction, drain, boundary wall, footpath, interlocking tiles, road resurfacing, central verge, C.C. road, box culvert related works. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender, - Or Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender, - Or One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost put to tender. Average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. For specific types of work, the required experience is as follows: - For Bituminous Road work, Resurfaceing work: Experience in Bitumenous Road Work Only. - For Building Construction/ Multistory Building Construction: Experience in building / Multistory building construction only. - For Sewer and water supply/ OHT Construction: Experience in any such similar work. - For other types of work, experience in similar work is required. The technical staff requirements also depend on the cost of the work, with requirements for Project Managers, Graduate Engineers, and Diploma Engineers varying based on the estimated cost.
