The required prior work experience for the bidder includes three options: 1. Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. 2. Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. 3. One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The experience required varies based on the nature of work, including specific experience in areas such as Bituminous Road work, Building Construction, Sewer and water supply, Sewer Cleaning, Survey work, and others. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for three similar completed works. - 60% of the estimated cost put to tender for two similar completed works. - 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for one similar completed work. - 50% of the estimated cost for average annual financial turnover on construction works during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. Additionally, for certain types of work, specific experience is required, such as experience in Bitumenous Road Work Only for Bituminous Road work, and experience in building / Multistory building construction only for Building Construction/ Multistory Building Construction. The bidder should also have experience in any such similar work for areas like Sewer and water supply/ OHT Construction, and experience in such work only for areas like Sewer Cleaning and Survey work. For other types of work, such as C.C. Road work, RCC Drain, and Sinage, the bidder should have experience in any such similar work or such similar work only. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years.
