The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 5 years with Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU only. The experience required is as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender. - Or, Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender. - Or, One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in specific types of works, such as Bituminous Road work, Building Construction, Sewer and water supply, Survey work, C.C. Road work, and others. The experience should be in only construction of road, building construction, drain, boundary wall, footpath, interlocking tiles, road resurfacing, and related works. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. The proof of solvency requires a minimum bank solvency for Liquid Assets of 40% of the total estimated cost put to tender.
