The Service Provider Shall Furnish All Tools, Labor And Supervision Necessary For The Preventive Maintenance Of Fire Detection And Alarm System (fdas) At Valenzuela Medical Center - Hospital Building All Works Shall Include But Not Limited To The Following: 1. Check Connectivity Of Wiring/system, Functionality Tests Of All Devices 2. Initiating Devices: Inspection And Cleaning Of Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Supervisory Devices, Waterflow Devices, Manaul Pull Station 3. Check-up And Cleaning Of Fire Alarm Bell. & Push Button/horn/strobe Light. Wipe Out, Chemical Contact Cleaner, Air Blower, Vacuum Cleaning 4. Check-up And Cleaning Fire Alarm Control Panel 5. Inspection Of Fuse Terminals And Primary Power Supply 6. Inspection Of Panel Trouble Signal Led's And Lamps 7. Inspection Of Battery (swelling Or Loose Connection) 8. Test Battery-load Voltage. 9. Test And Inspection Of Panel Functionality, Led's, Fuses And Other Components. 10. Tightening Screw Connection And Terminal Lugs 11. Testing And Commissioning. B. Recommend Repair And Replacement Of All Parts Of Fdas (if Necessary) Notes: 1. Fdas Parts Recommended To Be Repaired And/or Replaced Shall Be Subjected To Further Evaluation And Approval Of The Engineering And Facilities Management Section (efms). Devices Found Defective Will Be Quoted Separately For Replacement. 2. No Repair And/or Replacement Of Parts Shall Be Performed Without The Presentation Of Quotation Of The Service Provider As Well As Evaluation And Inspection Report Duly Approved By Efms 3. Provide A One Day Training And Orientation To The Efms Personnel Of Basic Troubleshooting Of System 4. Conduct Such Other Activities As May Be Necessary To Maintain The Optimum Performance Of The System 5. Submit Quarterly Service Reports And Recommendations To Efms Office 6.
