The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in work of similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work (excluding maintenance cost for five years) for which the bid is invited. The value of similar works completed is required to be at least one-third of the estimated cost of the work.
