The bidder should have experience in the waste management business for at least 7 years, including door-to-door, street cleaning, drain cleaning, green area cleaning, waste collection, and waste transportation. The bidder should also have an average minimum annual turnover of 30% of the total estimated project cost, which is 8941724.00 INR, during the preceding three financial years.
