The required prior work experience for the bidder can be fulfilled in three ways: 1. Atleast 03 (Three) jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, which is 13829076.00 INR. 2. Atleast 02 (Two) jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, which is 20743615.00 INR. 3. Atleast 01 (One) job of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, which is 27658153.00 INR. These similar works refer to Proposed Landscape & Beautification Development Works. The bidder must submit a completion certificate issued by the client for these works. Additionally, for different cost ranges of work, the required experience and qualifications are as follows: - For work costing more than 1000 lac, a Project Manager with a degree in the corresponding discipline of engineering and 10 years of experience is required. - For work costing between 500 to 1000 lac, a Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience is required. - For work costing between 200 to 500 lac, a Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience is required. - For work costing between 50 to 200 lac, a Graduate Engineer with 2 years of experience is required. - For work costing between 10 to 50 lac, a Graduate or Diploma Engineer with no specified experience is required. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost of work. The corresponding amounts are 13829076.00 INR, 20743615.00 INR, and 27658153.00 INR respectively.
