Deptt./PSU/Corporations/Authorities/Board/Local Bodies only during the last 07 years for similar nature of works. The experience requirements are as follows: - At least 03 (Three) jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, completed within the last 07 years. The value for this condition is 1,72,29,157.00 INR. - OR, at least 02 (Two) jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, completed within the last 07 years. The value for this condition is 2,58,43,736.00 INR. - OR, at least 01 (One) job of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, completed within the last 07 years. The value for this condition is 3,44,58,314.00 INR. Similar works are defined as R.C.C. Drain and Culvert. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover from the core business of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender during the immediate last 03 consecutive financial years, with a minimum average annual turnover of INR 1,29,21,868.00.
