The required prior work experience for certain positions in the bidder's team is as follows: 1. Project Manager: 15 years of experience, with 5 years as Manager in bridge construction, and a B.E. Civil degree. 2. Site Engineer: 10 years of experience, with 5 years in bridge construction, and a B.E. Civil or B.E. Elect/Mech degree. 3. Plant Engineer: 10 years of experience with a B.E. Mech degree, or 15 years of experience with a Dip. Mech degree. 4. Quantity Surveyor: 7 years of experience with a B.E. Civil degree, or 10 years of experience with a Dip. Civil degree. 5. Soil & Material Engineer: 10 years of experience with a B.E. Civil degree. 6. Survey Engineer: 5 years of experience with a B.E. Civil degree, or 8 years of experience with a Dip. Civil degree. 7. Surveyor: 7 years of experience for B.E. Civil or 10 years of experience for Dip. Civil. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. However, the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. The bidder should have completed at least one project with a total length of structures not less than one-third of the proposed structure, and the updated completion cost of such project should not be less than one-third of the Estimated Project Cost. The bidder should have an average annual turnover of 40% of the contract value over the last five years. Substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next few years. The bidder should have liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for.
