The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with a cost not less than the specified percentage of the tendered cost. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost. - Or, two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost. - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (Gross) of 30% of the tendered cost on construction work of a similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years. Alternatively, the bidder can also have: - One similar completed work costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. The average annual financial turnover requirement remains the same, at 30% of the tendered cost on construction work of a similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years.
