The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 233.39 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 350.00 Lakh (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs. 466.78 Lakh (80% of estimated cost) For CCTV System work, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, - OR two similar works costing each of not less than 60% of the cost of the component, - OR three similar works costing each of not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last 7 years ending up to the last financial year. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last financial year. Additionally, the bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 233.39 lakh on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover worth a minimum of 40% of the estimated cost. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) with a minimum number of storeys, which varies depending on the category. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years, with specific values and percentages mentioned, such as: - 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 233.39 Lakh) - 60% of the estimated cost (Rs. 350.00 Lakh) - 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 466.78 Lakh) The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 583.48 Lakh (Rs. 509.27 Lakh for civil work and Rs. 74.21 Lakh for electrical work).
