The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 1298.26 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) - Or, two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 1947.39 Lakh (60% of estimated cost) - Or, one similar completed work, costing not less than Rs. 2596.52 Lakh (80% of estimated cost) For the component of CCTV System, the bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the component, - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the component. Additionally, the bidder should have completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) with a minimum of eight storeys, or more than fifteen storey buildings with a minimum of one building of ten storeys. The bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement if the work involves two or more basements. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 1298.26 Lakh on civil/electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years, which is at least 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during the last three consecutive years ending 31st March 2024.
