The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to Ten storeys, with each basement or stilt considered as a storey. In case of work involving two or more basements, the agency should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. For certain components of the work, such as CCTV System, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, - Or two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the component, - Or three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 214.18 lakh on civil/electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover worth a minimum of 40% of the estimated cost. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide information on similar works completed in the last seven years. The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract. The bidder should also be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value during implementation. Experience in Similar class of works is required with the following marks distribution: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) – on pro rata basis. The evaluation of experience is worth 20 Marks.
