The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys, or completing a similar work with minimum one basement under one agreement. For civil work other than building work, the bidder should have experience in a significant component of the work, which can be considered as the main component of the work. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, specifically "Construction of Building Work". The required experience is as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The similar work should be with central/state government departments, central autonomous bodies, central public sector undertakings, state public sector undertakings, city development authorities, municipal corporations, or reputed private entities. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 30% of the estimated cost as their prior work experience. The bidder should also have experience in constructing buildings with more than fifteen storeys, or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to ten storeys. Each basement or stilt constructed in the building shall be considered as a storey. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender. The details of these works should be provided in Form C, including the cost of work in crores of rupees, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion for each similar work completed.
