The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works requirements are as follows: - Building Works: Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Pile work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the current job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the current job. - Aluminum work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the current job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the current job. - Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the current job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the current job. - Metallic Roofing work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the current job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the current job. - Water proofing work: Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job, or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the current job, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the current job. The values and percentages mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the cost of the job. For the building works, the estimated cost is Rs. 242.78 Lakh, and the required prior work experience values are: - 40% of Rs. 242.78 Lakh = Rs. 97.11 Lakh for three similar works - 50% of Rs. 242.78 Lakh = Rs. 121.39 Lakh for two similar works - 80% of Rs. 242.78 Lakh = Rs. 194.22 Lakh for one similar work - 30% of Rs. 242.78 Lakh = Rs. 72.83 Lakh as average annual financial turn over during the last 5 years.
