The bidder should have executed similar works of value equal to or more than 40% of the tendered cost. They should have completed similar works of a minimum value of 30% of the tendered cost in the last seven years. Specifically, for Steel Structure Work (MS truss work), Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have had average annual financial turnover (gross) of minimum 30% of tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets duly audited by Chartered Accountant.
