The bidder should also have experience in specific areas, including Aluminum work, Steel Structure Work (MS truss work), Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work, with the following requirements: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last Seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the cost of this job in tender for three similar works, - 50% of the cost of this job in tender for two similar works, - 80% of the cost of this job in tender for one similar work.
