The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar completed works. The required experience includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The estimated cost is mentioned as Rs 362.63 Lacs for Construction Work of C.C. Road, Drain, and Culvert. In terms of values, the three similar completed works should cost not less than 40% of Rs 362.63 Lacs, the two similar completed works should cost not less than 50% of Rs 362.63 Lacs, and one similar completed work should cost not less than 80% of Rs 362.63 Lacs. The experience of work shall only be considered for works in Govt./Semi Govt. organisations, with a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank of officers.
