The required prior work experience for the bidder is to have successfully completed similar work in the field for the last 4 financial years in Govt./ Semi Govt./ PSU sectors. The bidder should have completed one job not less than 80% of the bid value or two works equal to 50% of the bid value or three works equal to 40% of the bid value. The bid value is Rs 211.00 Lacs. Specifically, the bidder should have completed: - One job not less than 80% of the bid value, which is Rs 168.80 Lacs (80% of Rs 211.00 Lacs) - Or two works equal to 50% of the bid value, which is Rs 105.50 Lacs (50% of Rs 211.00 Lacs) - Or three works equal to 40% of the bid value, which is Rs 84.40 Lacs (40% of Rs 211.00 Lacs) The bidder should also have experience in similar workfields for the last 7 financial years in organized sectors and should furnish proof showing that they have work experience of at least the last four financial years. The experience should be in the form of completed works and running works of the current financial year, specifically in building works (framed/masonry). Additionally, evidence of satisfactory execution of works that have been executed by the tenderer during the last Five years in Govt. sectors should be produced, with a certificate of experience from the Engineer in-Charge of the work, not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officers, being acceptable in Govt./Semi Govt. organizations. The bidder must fulfill one of the following conditions: (a) Certificate of one work of cost not less than 80% of the bid value (b) Certificate of two works each of cost not less than 50% of the bid value (c) Certificate of three works of cost not less than 40% of the bid value The average annual financial turnover during the last three consecutive years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, and the liquid assets should be at least 15% of the bid value, which is Rs. 31.65 Lacs (15% of Rs 211.00 Lacs).
