The details are as follows: - One similar work completed satisfactorily with a cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 182.09 lacs. - Alternatively, two similar works completed satisfactorily with a cost not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 113.81 lacs. - Or, three similar works completed satisfactorily with a cost not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 91.05 lacs. The bidder should have appropriate experience in similar work for the last Seven years in the organised sector. The experience requirements are the same as mentioned above. The similar works mean construction of building work of a similar nature as the tender being asked for. The bidder should also have well-experienced personnel, including one graduate Civil Engineering, one diploma holder Civil Engineering, and one diploma holder Electrical Engineering, who will be deployed on the work throughout its execution.
