The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works, specifically construction work, during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is Rs. 286.05 Lacs. Therefore, the values are: - 40% of Rs. 286.05 Lacs for three similar completed works, which equals Rs. 114.42 Lacs, - 50% of Rs. 286.05 Lacs for two similar completed works, which equals Rs. 143.025 Lacs, - 80% of Rs. 286.05 Lacs for one similar completed work, which equals Rs. 228.84 Lacs. The experience of work shall be only considered for works in Govt./Semi Govt. organisations, and evidence of satisfactory execution of work has to be produced in a standard format, with a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank of officers.
