The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically three similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the Bid Value, which is 110.40 Lacs. Additionally, the bidder must have on their payroll certain technical staff, including Diploma Engineers and Graduate Engineers, with specific requirements based on the work value. The bidder should have appropriate experience in similar workfields for the last 7 financial years in organized sectors, and specifically, the tenderer must have experience of successfully executed work as stated above.
