The required prior work experience for the bidder is in Construction of Building Works within 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed final Building works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 244.00 Lac, so 40% of Rs 244.00 Lac is Rs 97.60 Lac. - Two similar completed final Building works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 244.00 Lac, so 50% of Rs 244.00 Lac is Rs 122.00 Lac. - One similar completed final Building work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 244.00 Lac, so 80% of Rs 244.00 Lac is Rs 195.20 Lac. Alternatively, the experience requirements are also mentioned as: - Single largest completed similar work: 80% of the Bid Amount - Two completed similar works: Each 50% of the Bid Amount - Three completed similar works: Each 40% of the Bid Amount The bidder should have experience in the organised sector, which means Govt./Semi govt sector, through Contract Bond only. Evidence of satisfactory execution of work has to be produced, and the said certificate of experience from the Engineer-in-charge of the work not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank of officers only shall be considered acceptable in Govt./Semi Govt. organisations.
