The bidder should have prior work experience in "Completed, tested and commissioned works of Sewerage Scheme and its associated infrastructure works". The required experience can be demonstrated by completing either of the following: 1. Three completed works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. 2. Two completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. 3. One completed work with an aggregate cost not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. The experience can also be considered from a subsidiary or parent company, and in case of foreign experience, it must be certified by the respective Embassy office. The bidder can also rely on the experience of its Associate(s) for demonstrating the Technical Capacity, provided the Associate has more than 50% voting shares or control over the Bidder. The bidder needs to provide details of the works executed, including the estimated cost, contract value, and final contract value in the Experience of Works certificate. The estimated cost should be in Rs. Lacs. The value of similar completed works should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate.
