The bidder should have prior work experience of having successfully executed similar works with specific cost requirements. The required experience includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of the contract, completed during the last 5 financial years. - Alternatively, two similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of the contract, completed during the last 5 financial years. - Or, one similar work with an aggregate cost of not less than 50% of the probable amount of the contract, completed in any one financial year during the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual construction turnover on construction works not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. The bidder should also have executed similar items of work in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years, which should not be less than the minimum physical requirement, if any, fixed for the work. For physical qualifications, the bidder should have completed similar items of work in any one financial year during the last 3 financial years or last 5 financial years, with a quantity that meets the specified requirements.
