The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific cost values relative to the probable amount of contract. The bidder should have completed either: a) Three similar works each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of contract during the last 8 financial years; b) Two similar works each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of contract during the last 8 financial years; c) One similar work of aggregate cost not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 8 financial years. Additionally, for a Joint Venture (JV), the lead partner and another partner must have collectively met similar work experience requirements, such as at least two out of three similar works valued more than 20% of the probable amount of contract, with the lead partner doing at least two works and the other partner doing one, or at least one out of two similar works valued more than 30% of the probable amount of contract, with each partner doing one work.
