The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last five years as a prime contractor, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of 50% of the estimated cost on construction work of a similar nature during the last three years. The value of completed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing it at a simple rate of 7 percent per annum. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 281.36 Lac. The bidder's performance will be evaluated based on their ability to execute works of a certain magnitude, with a value of up to Rs. 1 Lac, and the bidder must have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 1 Lac.
